Whey Protein Hydrolysate
Whey Protein is the liquid remaining when milk is processed to form cheese and is comprised of fast-digesting proteins. Whey protein hydrolysate, or hydrolyzed whey protein, undergoes a process to partially break down the whey enzymes to increase its digestibility.
Whey Protein Concentrate
Whey Protein is the liquid remaining when milk is processed to form cheese. Whey protein concentrate contains about 80% protein by weight and gives Ration its creamy, milkshake-like consistency.
HOW TO TAKE
Mix (1) scoop of RATION with 4-6 ounces of your favorite beverage, shake well, and consume.
WHEN TO TAKE
